A recovering “I don’t need anyone”ist.
A proud multi-hyphenate who forgot about herself for a long f**king time.
When your identity is wrapped in what you can do - often for others (and you always do it well), it becomes nearly impossible to step back and realize that fulfillment comes from who you are — not what you produce.
High achievers will achieve. That part’s a given.
But when the achievement becomes your only sense of self, it gets real empty… real fast.
I know the feeling because I lived it.
I became a mosaic of everyone I knew. Had dreams of losing my passport, being stuck in a coma, watching my workplace burn down just to start over. It was harrowing.
I don’t just understand the pain — I've lived it. That’s also why I know if you’re here, this yearning is for real.
In our work together we slap the motherf**king pause button so you can stop doing for a damn minute and remember the person doing all the doing: YOU.
You have a lot going on because you are a multi-hyphenate human being who ENJOYS experiencing your worlds.
6-months with biweekly sessions where we slap that pause button, get off the running wheel (even if it’s just when we meet), so you can become reacquainted with the you that came, learning to enjoy your own cup before it overflows.
YEAH, I SEE YOU
Working with Michelle has been truly magical. She has this rare gift of making you feel like you’re talking to a friend who is REALLY listening, while also challenging you to level up your life and shift your perspective. Her guidance is like a new pair of jeans— could seem uncomfortable at first, but the more you practice her advice, the better you feel and the more it fits. Seriously, if personal growth were a sport, Michelle would be the MVP. Highly recommend her!
During my sessions with Michelle, I gained awareness about various aspects of my personal life. We discussed topics ranging from my daily actions to my deep feelings and emotions. Initially, I was unsure about what to expect, but as our coaching sessions progressed, they became a necessity for me.
Working with Michelle is a joy. She is an insightful and gifted listener, able to weed out essential information from the most incoherent & long-winded tangents, to help reorient and focus a coaching discussion. She is able to bring some order into chaotic times, and help achieve goals no matter what your objective(s) or starting point
I found that our open communication and shared commitment to my growth were key factors that worked exceptionally well for me. Your ability to listen attentively, provide constructive feedback, and offer valuable insights truly propelled my progress and development.
Coaching is a partnership—there’s no hierarchy, just the belief that you are the expert of your own life. While the past may come up, our focus is on the present and building your future. Each session increases awareness around your goals, ensuring you leave with a clear plan for the next two weeks.
Coaching creates space to untangle your thoughts so you can take action. This process sparks transformation—sharing your thoughts, answering thought-provoking questions, identifying limiting beliefs, and challenging contradictions. We name what needs to be named, redefine outdated beliefs, and bring clarity to what felt unclear. Coaching helps you step into who you want to be and move forward with intention.
How does coaching differ from other wellness modalities?
Let’s be clear: INSATIABLE NOT ENOUGHNESS and AMBITION are not the same.
“I SHOULD” is not “I WANT.” “I should” keeps you stuck on the hamster wheel of more, more, more—without pausing to consider yourself. “I want” asks you to step back and think about what truly matters to you.
Insatiable not enoughness distances you from your authentic, all-caps YOU-ness by tricking you into believing that your worth is tied to what you create, achieve, and give. “I want” requires you to pause and reconnect with who you are and how you want to show up—for yourself, your circles, and your greater community. Because who you are is reflected in how you celebrate your wins, prioritize yourself, and embrace rest.
What is insatiable not enoughness?
For 1:1 coaching, the minimum commitment is 6 months of working together every 2 weeks. I find this time frame gives us enough time to get comfortable together, gives you the space to get used to the coaching process, and get actionable with your goals. There is no maximum amount of time for our working together, we can always re-up in 6 month increments, so long as we are still grounded in actionable forward-moving work.
Is there a minimum or maximum commitment for working together?
Girls Night In is OUR monthly event that pays homage to the days of being, well, just a girl. No girl bossing or finding ways to monetize our interests.
No phones.
No booze.
Just good ol’ fashioned intentionally purposeless fun.
Together we’ll yap, craft, create, snack and at the heart of it all truly connect with each other in a cozy and distracted environment.
Community and silliness over anything else.
Just for the girls.
